Ordering Lunch at the Café

Ben stops at a busy café for lunch and orders a sandwich and coffee.
Ben walks into a small café near his office. It is lunchtime, and the café is busy. He looks at the menu on the wall.
"Hello! What would you like today?" says the woman behind the counter.
"Hi. Can I have a sandwich, please?" Ben says.
"Sure. We have chicken, cheese, and egg. Which one do you want?"
Ben thinks for a moment. "I'll have the chicken sandwich, please."
"Good choice. Anything to drink?"
"Yes, please. A coffee. Small, with milk."
"That's one chicken sandwich and one small coffee with milk. Anything else?"
"No, that's all. How much is it?"
"That's six dollars," says the woman.
Ben pays and takes a seat by the window. A few minutes later, the woman brings his food.
"Here you are. Enjoy your lunch!"
"Thank you very much," Ben says with a smile.
He eats his sandwich slowly. He watches people walk outside. It is a nice, quiet lunch break.
