The Wrong Video Call Link

Josefina joins an important client call using an outdated link and scrambles to find the right one before anyone notices.
Josefina had an important client call at two o'clock. She prepared her notes the night before. She wanted the call to go smoothly.
She found the meeting link in an old email. She clicked it five minutes early.
The link opened an empty video room. Nobody else joined after several minutes. Josefina checked the time again nervously.
She searched her inbox for a new message. A calendar update from that morning looked important. It listed a different, updated link.
Josefina copied the new link quickly. She closed the old browser tab. She opened a fresh one and pasted the link.
The new room already had three people inside. "Sorry, I'm here now," Josefina said. "I had the wrong link."
"No worries," the client said. "We started only two minutes ago."
Josefina opened her notes and joined the conversation. She listened carefully and understood the plan quickly.
The call ended soon after. Everyone agreed on a plan. Josefina saved both links in a clear new note.
She promised herself to check email before every call.
