The Misspelled Invitation

Ivy sends her birthday party invitations with the wrong date and rushes to send a correction.
Ivy plans a birthday party for Saturday. She wants to invite ten friends.
She writes a message about the party. She writes the day, the time, and the address.
Ivy sends the message to all her friends. She feels good about her plan.
Her friend Jasper reads the message. He looks at his own calendar.
"Wait," Jasper texts back. "You wrote Saturday, June tenth. June tenth is a Sunday."
Ivy checks her calendar. Jasper is right. She sees her mistake.
"Oh no," Ivy says. "I made a mistake. The party is on Sunday, not Saturday."
She quickly writes a new message. "Sorry, everyone! My party is on Sunday, June tenth."
"It is not on Saturday," she adds. She reads the message twice this time.
Ivy sends the new message to all her friends. She waits for their replies.
One by one, her friends write back. They all say the new date is fine.
Jasper writes back too. "Thanks for telling me," he says. "See you on Sunday!"
Ivy smiles and puts her phone down.
"See you then," she writes back.
